Studio Gallery in San Francisco is known for its affordability, artist diversity, and incredible owners. Urban/Rural 2018 may be one of their best shows to date. Featuring works from Lindsey Kustusch, Nate Ross, and Greg Gandy, among others, their latest exhibition is a stunner. The show runs from March 15th-April 16th, with its opening reception on March 18th.

From Jen & Rab:
"For our next show, we're going back to our roots...the second show we ever had in the gallery was called Urban/Rural, and Brandon Smith was on the postcard (he has two pieces in the new show). Thanks to all your support the gallery has grown tremendously since those days, but we still love artwork depicting California, and so do our artists.
This year's version of Urban/Rural has work from 40 local artists, who chose to depict everything from downtown skyscrapers to empty country roads. The beaches of Pescadero appear several times in the show, and there are lots of palm trees, along with playgrounds, suburban streets and some terrific views. We hope you love this armchair tour of California as much as we do; you can preview the show here.
If you're in the neighborhood we'd love to see you at the reception on Sunday, but of course feel free to stop by anytime. (The last week of the show we'll have a special display of San Francisco landmarks made by Ms. Slevin's 3rd grade class from our local elementary school.) And if you're not nearby we hope you'll check out the show online. Let us know what you think!
Many thanks from two die-hard Californians--
Jen + Rab"
These two prints are about halfway sold. You're going to want to act quickly, as Mwanel Pierre-Louis is a cool dude and a great artist.

In Canada, we called this a Ghettoblaster. In the States, it was called a Boom Box. Either way, this print is an affordable purchase at $95. Love me some Faile.
If you've ever been to London, you know that it's fucking awesome. The only thing that would make it better, would be to see Michelle Heron's work advertised throughout the historic city. Click on the image to give her a vote and help her out!
All of Dave White's animal paintings and prints are just exquisite. I really like his primate and shark pieces and 'Baby Gorilla' and 'Baby Gorilla XL' are no exception.
Both are available from Nelly Duff.
We are only three months into the new year, however, I can already tell Lindsey Kustusch's latest exhibition at Abend Gallery, will be one of my favorite shows of the year. Lindsey returns with a Colorado-themed show, that illustrates the natural beauty and diversity of its urban and rural landscapes. The opening reception occurs on March 10th from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Many of the works have already sold, however, there are still amazing paintings available for purchase. To purchase, please click HERE.
